QuestionHello! I am interested in cosplaying as Batgirl, in specific, based off of your "NYCC 2011 Steampunk Batgirl" drawing. Which I think you did design. I'm not sure, but if so, I am here to ask for your permission to wear her design as costume. I think it is only right that I do so.
